Ground Floor
The kitchen/dining room
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and oven. There is plenty of storage with a lovely dresser. The dining/sitting area is very spacious with double ceiling height, exposed stone wall, and wood burner and feature exposed beams. There is a lovely feature mezzanine area over this room.

Sitting Room
A beautiful room that opens onto the pool and terrace area through a large sliding glass door. Wooden beams and an exposed stone wall are combined with two large comfortable leather sofas.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is downstairs and has a superb, fully fitted bathroom with shower and bath which leads onto the pool, garden and terrace area through a quirky low wooden door.

Bathroom:
There is a second fully fitted bathroom with a separate toilet off the main entrance to the house. It is easily accessed from the pool.

1st Floor
There are two double bedrooms and one twin room upstairs also a third fully fitted bathroom with bath and shower.

There is a fourth bedroom which is accessed externally from a staircase running up the side of the house. This bedroom is not suitable for young children but is ideal for teenagers seeking a bit of independence!

Pool and Garden
Les Landes has its own private pool which is a beautiful shade of dark blue. It has a massage jet and a shallow semi circular area which is perfect for young children paddling. It is illuminated at night which makes for lovely night swimming. There is a solar shower beside the pool.

Beside the pool there is a lovely timber beamed sheltered dining area which also provides permanent shade from the hot sun if required, especially nice for children. There is also a large grassed area perfect for games of rounders or football!

There are plenty of sun loungers, and a large outside dining table with chairs along with a fully equipped barbeque for summer evenings.
