Accommodation

Kitchen/Dining/Sitting
A lovely spacious, bright room with a dining area and cosy sitting area, furnished with French style large table and chairs and comfy leather sofas. The room has a wall of lovely exposed local stone, and a wood burner for the chillier evenings in early autumn. A completely private, sheltered terrace is accessed through large double doors from the dining room - perfect for outside dining or a glass of wine at sunset. There are also French doors out onto a rear terrace making the room lovely and bright.

The kitchen is large and very well equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge. It has lovely beechwood units with plenty of storage space.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is a lovely double room with French windows opening onto the nice garden. It also has a superb ensuite shower room, with toilet, wash hand basin and shower. There is a comfy double bed and wood bedside tables along with a large fitted wardrobe for storage.

Bedrooms
The other two bedrooms also have French windows, which open onto the rear terrace. Each of these rooms contains two single or a double bed, bedside lockers and fitted wardrobes for storage.

Bathroom
There is a fully fitted family bathroom with bath and shower.

Utility Room
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Pool and Garden
Each house has plenty of garden space around it. The pool is a new and large at 12 X 6 metres – it has a large shallow end perfect for children. There is a gravel terrace area beside the pool with sun loungers and parasols, and also a solar shower which gets lovely and warm! The pool is completely fenced off for children’s safety.
