Travel
Limoges airport is only a 35 minute drive away with direct flights daily from the airports listed below. Best to book as early as possible to get reasonably priced tickets. Cars can be hired from the airport.

If you prefer to take your car, the drive from le Harve will take about 6.5 hours or 7 hours from Cherbourg. It is a relatively easy drive with excellent motorways all the way to Limoges.


 
   

Flying:
Les Landes and Le Hameau des Abeilles are a 35/40 minute drive from Limoges airport which is a very small and accessible airport. There are several car hire companies located at the airport including Hertz, Avis Europcar, Nationalciter and Budget (http://www.aeroportlimoges.com/location.htm). It is served by direct flights daily to:

London Stanstead & Liverpool with Ryanair

There are daily flights with Ryanair to Stanstead. We are a 2 hour drive from Bordeaux with flights to London Gatwick and Dublin, and a 90 minute drive to Bergerac.

Direct flights to Limoges from:
Liverpool, Nottingham, London Stansted and Southampton

Direct flights to Bordeaux from:
Dublin, Bristol, Manchester, Southampton, Birmingham

Car and Ferry:
We are approximately a 7 hour drive from Calais, a 6.30 hour drive from Le Havre and a 3.5 hour drive from Paris (drive estimate does not include stops). Plan your route on www.mappy.co.uk. From Calais, Dieppe, Cherbourg or Le Havre we recommend that you head for Paris followed by Orelans, Chateauroux, Vierzon, Limoges, Perigueux to La Coquille. We’ll give you detailed directions from there on booking.

By Train
There are several direct trains from Paris to Limoges on a daily basis. The journey takes from 2 hours and 50 minutes and departs from Paris Austerlitz. Tickets can be booked on-line at www.sncf.com (website is available in English). Car hire is available at Limoges train station.

It is also possible to take the TGV to Angouleme and rent a car there. We are approximately a two hour drive away.
